WELCOME to the ACGT Competition Wiki
The ACGT Competition has been set up by the ACGT Project Consortium to encourage the creation of Grid enabled services that can be used for the support of multi-centric clinical trials and research. The ACGT Competition is open to all parties (academic groups, individual researchers, companies etc) that are interested in developing ACGT-compatible services and will take place between February and April 2010.
The ACGT Competition Wiki has been set up by the organizers to support all those who wish to submit entries to the competition. The goal is to provide general information on the competition as well as a first-line of support to questions you may have in a variety of matters such as using the ACGT Grid infrastructure, integrating with the WorkFlow Editor, or accessing a service such as the R toolbox.
We, the organizers, have selected a Wiki as the best form of communicating with you, the competition entrants, since it supports a livelier exchange of the latest information, allows you to have access to the most up-to-date information and also allows you to interact directly with other entrants on any matter you wish.
